  Responsibilities
  
  Coach Responsibilities
• Lead daily 30-minute group coaching calls Mondays through Fridays where you help entrepreneurs in various ways:
  - Hold them accountable
  - Work through any challenges
  - Clarify their next actions to focus on to achieve their goals.
  - Lead and manage clients using the Quantum Leap methodology to achieve their desired goals for the year, quarter, and month.
  - Challenge, support, and hold your clients accountable to help them become the best entrepreneurs and highest performers possible.
  - Have your clients keep their “Eye on the Prize Tracker” updated on a daily and weekly basis
  
  Client Management
• Provide a great onboarding experience to your clients by understanding their goals and helping them break down those goals into tasks and projects. Gain their trust and provide them a great initial experience so they know this is the right program to help them stay accountable and achieve their goals.
• Use the information gleaned from the client's onboarding call to help the client define the right sprint goals and the appropriate strategy to help the client achieve them.
• Attend weekly internal team calls with our CEO to provide status updates and insights to the Quantum Leap team on the progress, wins, and issues for each client.
  
  Program Improvements
• Check WhatsApp daily to stay updated on messages from clients and the Quantum Leap team, and respond if needed.
• Provide guidance, insight, and thoughts on how to make the Quantum Leap methodology and coaching calls even better than before.
• Bring your own set of experiences, skills, and tools to share with how we can incorporate them to help make Quantum Leap programs even better for clients.

Focus Guide

• The Role: Focus Guide - You will help facilitate a Focus Block sprint by guiding our members through a 5-minute pre-ritual, addressing any questions during the work sprint, and guiding members through a 5-minute post-ritual.
• Location: You can work from anywhere you want, as our entire team is virtual.
• Pay: Will be discussed with qualified applicants
• Hours: Flexible hours. Part-time as a contractor.
  
  Responsibilities
• Guide the live Focus Blocks members through a 5-minute pre-ritual designed to allow them to maximize their following 50-minute work sprint. You’ll:
  - Monitor the waiting room, allowing actively subscribed members in to the room during the permitted timeframe
  - Welcome Focus Blocks members joining the room, especially new members
  - Go through our F.O.C.U.S acronym, consisting of principles we have our members implement into their work sprint to maximize their time
  - Facilitating a space to allow everyone to share their commitments
  - Directing members to go through a silent breathing exercise
• Guide the live Focus Blocks members through a 5-minute post-ritual designed to recharge members and ensure subsequent blocks are more impactful. You’ll
  - Facilitate a space for members to share their reflections during the work-sprint. This will include opening breakout rooms
  - Guide members through a “4-4-8 breathing” session
  - Instruct participants to stretch, and walk around as we use the remaining time for a break
• You must show up 5 minutes early into the Zoom before your scheduled time commences to allow for an easy transition from Focus Guide to Focus Guide
• You’ll address any questions received from participants during the Focus Block, including allowing members back into the blocks that dropped due to internet-related or technical issues
• You’ll be required to be seated at your computer working during your session. We lead by example, so no eating, being on your phone, or doing activities which could be distracting to members
  
  Requirements
• A cheerful, upbeat person with a positive attitude who brings good energy into every session
• Have a stable schedule throughout the week, where you’re able to commit to times a week in advance and can show up for your scheduled Focus Blocks on time
• Someone who deeply believes in the Focus Blocks methodology as well as our vision to help people be more productive and achieve peak performance
• Good communication skills - able to inform the team well in advance for weeks you might not be able to work or when you need someone to cover your block in case of an emergency
• Have stable internet access and an unnoisy work environment

Onboarding Coach

• The Role: Onboarding Coach - You will help newly registered Focus Blocks members get onboarded into the program, guiding them on how to best utilize the program based on their situation and addressing all their questions
• Location: You can work from anywhere you want, as our entire team is virtual.
• Pay: Will be discussed with qualified applicants
• Hours: Flexible hours. Part-time as a contractor.
  
  Responsibilities
• Speak with new members to understand their productivity-related challenges that led them to sign up for Focus Blocks. You’ll provide them with tailored solutions to address those challenges using our service
• Work with them to plan out when they’ll be using Focus Blocks to get their most important work done
• Give them some of our top tips on how to make the most of their Focus Blocks experience
• Addressing all questions they have about the service, the bonuses, and how their specific situation can work with Focus Blocks
• Join occasional team calls to come up with process improvements for how we can better address customer challenges and further enhance new Focus Blocks members’ experience

• Ability to understand people's challenges, address questions and spontaneously come up with creative solutions to solve their problems
